KOS

KOS (Kitchen Operational System) is a professional tool for restaurant and hospitality kitchens to run food-prep labelling, stock control, and food-safety compliance from one app.

Built for working kitchens:
• Prep labels: print date, expiry and allergen labels for prepped items in seconds, with a full catalog and quick custom items.
• QR scanning: scan a label to see the item, reprint with a fresh expiry, or mark it used.
• Stock: track batches, expiries, and what's running low.
• Shopping lists: build them, tick off as you purchase, and keep a full history.
• Compliance: food-safety records and exportable reports.
• Roles & team: managers provision staff accounts with the right permissions.

KOS is a controlled-access tool for licensed food businesses. Accounts are created by your organization's administrator; there is no public sign-up. Label printing requires the on-premise KLS printer used in the kitchen.
