ChefOS

ChefOS is a restaurant operations app for managers and employees. It brings inventory, purchasing, scheduling, reporting, and team communication into one mobile workspace.

For managers:
• Review inventory levels, item details, counts, line checks, recipes, waste, and vendors.
• View purchase orders, receive orders, and monitor order status.
• Review sales summaries and transactions and generate operational reports.
• View schedules, employees, open shifts, trade requests, time-off requests, and assigned tasks.
• Communicate through direct messages, team channels, voice calls, and video calls.
• Switch between permitted locations and access organization settings.

For employees:
• View assigned shifts, team schedules, open shifts, trade options, and time-off information.
• Work through assigned tasks and shift checklists.
• Complete assigned inventory counts, line checks, and HACCP cook procedures.
• View permitted sales information for an assigned location.
• Use direct messages, team channels, and voice or video calls to communicate with coworkers.

Available tools and data depend on the user’s role, permissions, assigned location, and the ChefOS configuration provided by their
organization. A ChefOS account created by an employer or organization is required.
