2026-08-12	Ca*****	I was using the app to edit my cart and noticed that the subtotal seemed high. Got a calculator out and the subtotal was 50 more expensive than it should be. I hit check out to see if the app just needed to refresh or if it would give me details. Nothing and still 50 more expensive. I pulled it up on the web, and the subtotal there was the same as the calculator. Closed out of the app and opened it back up, still 50 more. cancelled my VIP. do not use this app use the website or a different brand

2026-07-27	Ja*****	I am editing my review because I will no longer be using Grove and neither should anyone else. From inconsistent product availability, to poor or lower quality products and allowing products that use AI imagery, I am appalled and how far this company has fallen from grace. At this point, I'm better off going to a physical store in my area to buy what I need or use a different vendor. Nevermind functionality, the lack of quality and accountability is astounding. If I could give 0 stars I would.

2026-07-27	K *****	I definitely have this app as one of my staples but do experience hiccups which cause technical issues. Customer service can be helpful at times but takes some work. Hoping the bugs will stop and hoping the value freebies come back.
