User Reviews

Grove’s products and brand are praised, but the Android app is repeatedly buggy. Common cons include unstable performance, unreliable cart/checkout, and disruptive update prompts. Some users note improved browsing with a newer app version, but overall the app experience lags behind the quality of Grove’s products.

Pros

Brand and product quality are consistently praised (Grove’s products and mission are valued).
The newer app version is perceived by some users as easier and faster to browse.
Overall service and company reputation are viewed positively by some reviewers despite app issues.

Cons

App instability: frequent crashes, long load times, and being unable to open the app or load content.
Cart/checkout issues: items disappearing, cart not syncing with the website, and unreliable checkout.
Update-related problems: disruptive prompts to update, splash screens for non-existent upgrades, and redirects to the app store.

Recent reviews

I had given Grove a 5 star rating, but now I can't do that. For whatever reason, Grove changed its shipping policy (and providers) recently. I used to not have to worry about receiving the goods I had ordered. they would come every week on the dot. They are less reliable these days. I have had to ask for the same package to be reshipped 3 times this month alone, and it isn't the first time. So keep that in mind while you're exploring your options.
