This app has been the worst experience ever. My store is really trying to be a part of the community and getting local organizations approved is an extremely log process. Then the technical support behind it is not helpful. We have only been able to email back and forth and the response time is at least 4 to 7 days. My company requires we use this app for our volunteer effots yet has no regard for how difficult it is.
