2024-12-06	Sa*****	This app has been the worst experience ever. My store is really trying to be a part of the community and getting local organizations approved is an extremely log process. Then the technical support behind it is not helpful. We have only been able to email back and forth and the response time is at least 4 to 7 days. My company requires we use this app for our volunteer effots yet has no regard for how difficult it is.

2024-10-17	Pa*****	Doesn't deserve a one star. I put in hours in April and may and still saying pending. The contact for the charity goes into her part of the program and I do not show up. Frustrating because that is extra funds for my charity.
