⚠️ Serious booking failure – BW5423855. Paid for 2 passengers on a trip sold as operated by SAPTCO. SAPTCO Dammam could not find either passenger in its system. 12Go admitted in writing they have no SAPTCO-issued PNR. Yet they still called the booking “confirmed.” I demanded a verifiable operator ticket or a full refund. Extremely concerning and unacceptable.
