Disappoint experience with the booking apps. Prompt payment unsuccessful but after booked another order it sent the first order summary at the end. They said you should wait until the email receive. If payment unsuccessful still wait for what. Still ask for screenshot to prove, who know it still proceed after unsuccessful.
