2024-01-20	Ma*****	Using for years on iOS and Windows. Now, testing on Android. It took me four days to check all features and decide to buy it for Android as well. It works flawlessly and I find it more important than a good AV! Unfortunately it doesn't work on Android 14 or newer yet. (Four stars because it is taking too long to fix it) I hope a new version comes soon!

2023-09-11	wa*****	If I'd have to guess, I believe this product is end of life. Like a previous review, I can no longer sync. I have written to Ascendo 3 times and have yet to receive a reply. I am now shopping for a replacement and need to stop the automatic payment google normally charges annually. Great while it lasted but I'd stay away from this product!

2023-08-27	Fa*****	The app is forcing you to upgrade by not letting you backup to your phone or external accounts like Google drive or Dropbox. Also it's stupid that you can't give permission by fingerprint. Looking for a new app to replace it.

2023-07-14	Sh*****	I have used this app for years and swear by it except for right now on my android phone it is downloaded but it says that I have to do the trial in order to sync it. I already pay for premium so I don’t want to pay for it twice. And it has always been my problem which makes it hard because it is more convenient to have on both but moreover on days I don’t have mini IPad it would be nice to use my phone. So it is a little frustrating not to be able to sync.

2023-04-04	Ja*****	Product ok. Lack of support not OK. Original review (above, 1 star) was posted after experiencing prolonged issues with Dropbox connectivity. Seems that update in May'22 fixed the issue. However, that was a first software update in years and with paid app one would hope there was some work being still done on it.

2022-07-20	Ro*****	Like many others who have recently posted feedback I was a happy user of DataVault for the past 10 years until recently. Then in the past 2 years I started having problems. First the app frequently started crashing, losing my passwords (luckily I had backups). More recently their Dropbox backup function stopped working. DataVault technical service responses have generally been non-existent to poor. I finally lost patience with DataVault & decided to move to another password protector app.

2022-05-20	Ge*****	Excellent app. Performs well in all it does. I currently also have the Android sync to Dropbox issue. I wrote to Support and got a reply within about 1 hour saying I need to upgrade to version 6.3.9 when it becomes available on the Google app store. I am looking forward to getting it and giving it a try.

2022-05-19	Ji*****	Hi, Have been a Data Vault customer for years, with same datavault database on Windows, Android, and iOS devices. Was hit with the same Android DropBox sync issue that others have flagged. Received email on 5/13/22 from Ascendo saying that a new version fixing the issue would be issued very shortly. (FWIW, the WiFi sync between Android and Windows worked fine, but is not that easy to use.) With the Dropbox issue fixed, should be excellent again!

However recently Dropbox Sync does not work and have received no feedback from emails to Support. I've also tried WiFi Sync but can't seem to get it to work. I'm in the process of converting to another password manager - a slow painful but very necessary process.
