After a long time not using this app I couldn't get my phone to connect to the scales. Would search for it but never finds it. Partner had a different issue as the scale works on its own but cannot connect. Contacted support through this app and was told the usual. Wasn't until I saw the email address was Fitdays that I searched that on Play Store and found the app! This worked immediately so if you are using F-Tracker...get rid of it and download Fitdays instead. It must be a new version.
