2025-02-04	Er*****	Just received my headset and excited to test it out! The headset is nice and I am exploring the app. The free version works and offers a lot of data and programs. I was excited for the 7 day free trial to test all the additional metrics... But when I sign up for the trial, in small print is a note stating "You're not eligible for the free trial" This is probably mine issue, as Play Store has really gone downhill.

2025-01-15	Li*****	I supported the brain tag on Kickstarter. The tag doesn't turn on no matter how long it stays in the case when it take it out. The case is charged. I cannot redeem the membership, the app crashes when I click redeem. Plenty of buttons in the app don't do anything, lead to nowhere. Not even the submit button for the in app survey doesn't work. So disappointed...

2025-01-10	Rh*****	1.When using the unguided mode with nature sounds, you cannot hear any sound. 2.The biofeedback thing simply doesn't work. I have tried setting both flow and coherence as metric but evn when the real time data shows I am in coherence or flow zone, the feedback sound doesn't come even though it is enabled and set. 3.There is consistent error of "poor or no signal" Consistently towards the end of the session. 4. Non existent support 5.And now, can't buy premium subscription, app hangs!!!

2024-05-02	to*****	Thing never worked in 2020 still don't! Loses connection while recording and just sits there doing nothing. They know issues but don't give a damn about fixing the problem 🙄. Get the muse 2 or Heartmath bio feedback devices. Don't waste money on this device!

2024-02-21	ge*****	Disappointing. There's a good reason they disabled the "rate the flowtime app" inside this app. Poor signal error 90% of the time. The most frustrating thing are all the wasted data collection attempts, and now I get "poor signal quality" anxiety. Ironic for a biofeedback device when it can't alert you to a "poor signal quality" situation. Update. I threw this POS in the trash and bought a muse 2. It actually works.

Everything, include customer service, has been fantastic. As I needed this for a combination of research and biofeedback, I am beyond impressed. There are a few ideas I have to help the app such as using AI to analyze the user's experience and potentially find clues to better apply the biofeedback. Other than additions, I must say, I AM AMAZED AND GRATEFUL!!!
