Penwin Voz

Penwin Voice turns your Android device into an extension of your company's PBX. Receive and make calls with your work number, from anywhere, with the same quality as in the office.

WORK CALLS, HASSLE-FREE
• Sounds like a normal call, even with your phone locked or the app closed.

• Hold calls, transfer to a colleague, use the speakerphone or keypad during the call.

Dial from your call history, voicemail, or contact list.

EVERYTHING THAT HAPPENS ON YOUR EXTENSION
• Call history with recording, transcription, and automatic summary when activated by your company.

• Voicemail with transcription, so you can read messages without listening.

• Real-time contact information for colleagues: available, on a call, or do not disturb.

DESIGNED FOR TEAMS
• Pair in seconds with a code or QR code generated by your administrator.

• Do not disturb synchronized with the PBX. • No technical configuration required: the company manages everything from the Penwin Voice portal.

Penwin Voice requires a Penwin Voice company account. There is no in-app registration: your administrator links your extension from the portal. If your company doesn't yet use Penwin Voice, visit voice.penwin.cloud.

Permissions: microphone for calls and camera only for scanning the linking QR code. The app does not access your contacts, location, or photos.
