Mawared is an employee app for organizations using the Mawared HR system. It puts everything you need for your day—ticking in, requesting leave, and tracking your request—on your phone, so none of it is tied to being physically present at a desk.

Your employer creates your account. There's no self-registration: your HR manager creates the account, and you log in using the email and password you receive.

Attendance and Departure: Record your arrival and departure times, and start and end your breaks, from wherever you work. Each transaction is tagged with your location, and your employer can require a photo so the record is linked to you. Recordings made offline are saved on your device and sent as soon as the connection is restored, so a weak network doesn't cost you a whole day's record.

Vacation: Submit leave requests for your designated leave types, check your remaining balance before submitting, and attach supporting documents when needed. Requests proceed through your organization's approved approval process, and the app shows you the status of your request and who is reviewing it.

Approvals for Managers
If you approve requests, they will appear in a single list instead of being separated by type. You can view the details of each request and make decisions from your phone.

Your Record
Review your daily and monthly attendance, working hours, vacation dates, and approved holidays at your facility.

Reminders
Optional reminders before and after your shift, and during breaks, so that forgetting to log in doesn't become a correction request later. You can choose to enable them.

Directory and Announcements
Know your colleague's department, job title, and contact information, and read announcements published by your facility.

Arabic and English
The application is fully translated and displayed correctly in both languages. You can change the language at any time in the settings, regardless of your phone's language.

Offline Work
Recordings made while offline are saved on your device and then synced later. The application also compares its clock to a time server, so a device with an incorrect time setting will not produce an incorrect record.

Resources requires an account created by your employer and a connection to your organization's resource system, and cannot be used on its own.
