easyRisto is the management software behind the service: the dining room with the tables, the orders arriving in the kitchen, the bill, the register, and the end-of-month accounts. A single app, from the waiter's tablet to the cashier's PC.

THE DINING ROOM
Each dining room has its own floor plan, with the tables exactly where they are. You can see at a glance who's seated, who's already ordered, who's waiting for the bill. Tables that merge, place settings, and the name of the person who serves.

THE ORDER
It's taken from the tablet, at the table. Menus divided by groups, variations and notes for the kitchen, dishes by weight, set menus. The order is printed on the correct department's printer—and if it doesn't come out, the app tells you so in half a second instead of leaving you to find out
from the customer.

THE CASH REGISTER
Full bill, bill divided by dishes, Roman-style, deposits, discounts. Cash with calculated change, card with connected POS, receipt and electronic invoice from the electronic cash register.

THE KITCHEN
The kitchen monitor receives orders broken down by batch, highlighting preparation times and late dishes.

RESERVATIONS
Daily, weekly, and monthly diary, with hourly table availability. Automatic confirmations via WhatsApp, customer reminders, and the name of the person who booked the table.

THE WAREHOUSE
Stock, batches with expiration dates, scraps, recipes and semi-finished products, supplier orders. Consumption is automatically deducted from orders.

ACCOUNTS
Complete journal entry: transactions, expiration dates, supplier invoices, bank reconciliation, cash flow, and reports.

EVEN WITHOUT INTERNET
The service doesn't stop if the line goes down: orders are still taken, the cashier collects, and receipts are issued. When the line returns, everything realigns itself—and no account is lost along the way.
