Proactive traffic light request for cyclists.

Using the CrossCycle application is entirely the user's own responsibility, and SWARCO Finland Oy is not responsible for any indirect or direct events resulting from the use of the application. Please note that the operation of the application does not require any attention from the user when it is active. The user should not focus on the operation of the application while cycling, but all attention should be focused on the surrounding traffic situation.

The application is currently only operational in Tampere at traffic light intersections, the location of which you can see through the application's menu. In Tampere, most intersections have an additional benefit that can extend the duration of the green light. These routes are marked in red on the map. Approach directions marked in purple implement a normal request that corresponds to pressing a button on a light post.
