With the Signal2X traffic light phase assistant from Yunex Traffic, cyclists and car drivers can catch their next traffic light on green! Our app helps you to adjust your speed in advance so that you can cross the next traffic light without stopping. Our traffic light assistant ensures a green wave in your city! And if a red light is unavoidable, a countdown will show you how long the light will remain red.

With our app, you ensure a positive, traffic-harmonizing and thus pollutant-reducing effect!

These functions are made possible at traffic lights that are equipped with an intelligent switching forecast service. This is currently the case in the city of Darmstadt and several other demonstration locations throughout Germany.

This app utilizes your device’s location services to provide a seamless user experience without requiring a login or user account.

As soon as you approach a corresponding traffic light, our app shows you a visualization of the lanes with the corresponding display of the current traffic light circuit, as well as the speed recommendation with which you can reach the traffic light when it turns green.

If you are outside the area of influence of the traffic light, your position will be shown on a map.

We are therefore very interested in your feedback, so don't be shy!
In addition, the entire road network of Darmstadt will be equipped with our technology over time, so you will soon be able to use Signal2X throughout the city.

System requirements:
Android version 11 or higher

Android Auto:
The Signal2X app can also be used safely and conveniently in the vehicle with Android Auto integration. All you need to do is connect your smartphone to the vehicle via cable or Bluetooth and open the Signal2X app in Android Auto. The smartphone display will then deactivate so as not to distract you while driving. As with the mobile Signal2X app, the status of the next traffic light and corresponding speed recommendations are now shown in the vehicle display so that you can drive through the next traffic light when it turns green. At a red light, a remaining time counter is also displayed until the light turns green again.

The Signal2X app continuously communicates with the city infrastructure and evaluates traffic signal data in real-time to guide you smartly through the city. Please note that this functionality is only available in designated test areas, which can be viewed on the map in the mobile app.
