Portal TrackingTech

It's the work app for a courier and last-mile delivery company in Santiago, Chile. It brings together on the phone the two tools the team uses all day: customer conversations and email.

CONVERSATIONS
WhatsApp, Instagram, and email conversations all converge in a single list, eliminating the need to choose between inboxes. Opening a conversation allows you to view the customer's context—their operation, billing, and open cases—without leaving the conversation. Photos sent by the customer open in full screen with zoom, so you can easily read tracking numbers.

EMAIL
It allows you to read, reply to, forward, and compose new emails directly from your phone. You can attach files from the gallery, camera, or the company's file manager, and drafts are automatically saved.

ALERTS
The app notifies you when a customer sends a message, and tapping the notification opens the conversation. If the conversation is assigned to a specific person, the notification is sent only to them; if it's unassigned, it's sent to anyone handling that line.

ACCESS
This application is for internal use by the Ecourier team and requires a system account. It is not intended for end customers.
