Centinela Plus

Safety begins when people are connected. Centinela Plus is a technology platform that facilitates communication, organization, and coordination in emergency situations, providing communities and institutions with a simple tool to request help and manage alerts.

Designed for neighborhood associations, security committees, condominiums, residential management companies, municipalities, and institutions, Centinela Plus brings together residents, operators, and administrators in a single digital environment, strengthening each community's organizational and response capacity.

In an emergency, users can activate a panic button and select the type of assistance they need. The platform allows them to inform the community, view active alerts, and facilitate coordination among the operators responsible for responding. Its community map provides location information within the authorized area, supporting the identification of events and territorial organization.

Centinela Plus also offers tools for managing communities, handling access requests, organizing users, and monitoring alerts. Its structure allows a neighborhood association to manage its own community or an institution to coordinate different communities from a common platform, with differentiated functions and permissions according to each user's responsibilities.

The application has been designed to make technology an accessible support in daily life, contributing to more timely communication, better coordination, and a more connected community.

Centinela Plus is a tool to support community coordination and does not replace the Carabineros (police), firefighters, ambulances, or other official emergency services. When a situation requires their intervention, the corresponding official channels should also be used.
