AlertaCondo connects your condo neighbors to look out for each other.

EMERGENCY ALERT
In case of fire, burglary, medical emergency, or suspicious situation, activate the alert and all neighbors will receive an immediate audible notification, designed to sound even if the phone is on silent, vibrate, or Do Not Disturb mode. It includes who activated it, a mute button, and a false alarm cancellation feature that stops the alarm on all phones.

NOTICE WALL
Announcements from management and posts from neighbors (with approval), with photos: meetings, maintenance, lost items, sales, and recommendations.

COMMON AREA RESERVATIONS
Reserve the barbecue area or other spaces in shifts, with administrator approval and reminders.

PACKAGE DELIVERY
Register packages at the concierge desk or between neighbors, with notification to the recipient and pickup tracking.

COMMON EXPENSES
Payment reminders for units with outstanding fees, managed by management.

DESIGNED FOR COMMUNITIES
The administrator creates the condominium and invites neighbors with a code or QR code. Each household can have multiple members. It works in houses and apartments.

Your data is used only for the operation of the service. No advertising and no sale of personal data.

IMPORTANT: AlertaCondo is a community notification tool for neighbors and does NOT replace emergency services. In a real emergency, always call the Carabineros (133), SAMU (131), or Fire Department (132). Notification delivery depends on the device and internet connection of each user.
