Nestled: Chat with Visitors

Nestled is the mobile app for Nestled, AI live chat for your website.

The AI answers the questions you get every day, from answers you wrote yourself. When a visitor needs a person, the conversation comes to your phone — so you can answer from the shop floor, the school run or the sofa, not just from your desk.

ANSWER FROM ANYWHERE
• Your whole inbox: open, yours, unassigned and resolved
• Reply, take a chat, resolve and reopen
• See when a visitor is typing, and what the AI already told them

KNOW THE MOMENT YOU’RE NEEDED
• A notification for new chats and for visitors waiting on you
• New chats reach everyone who can answer; once a chat is yours, only you get the ping
• Never notified about the conversation you already have open

SEE WHO’S ON YOUR SITE
• A live map of everyone browsing right now, by country
• The page they’re on, how long they’ve been there, and where they came from
• Say hello first, before they have to ask

SEVERAL ACCOUNTS
• Sign in to more than one Nestled account and switch between them in a tap
• Notifications arrive for all of them, and open the right one

Nestled accounts, websites, team and billing are set up on the web at nestled.chat. This app signs in to an existing account.
