• Smart-trainer control over FTMS: ERG mode, ramp / FTP test, slope mode to ride GPX routes indoors.
• GPS recording with elevation profile, map, lap function, auto-pause and voice announcements.
• Training-plan generator based on your race date — with brick workouts.
• About 50 ready-made workouts per discipline, custom workout editor, favourites.
• Race history with triathlon splits (Swim/T1/Bike/T2/Run) and personal bests.
• "Form & Health" analytics: PMC (CTL/ATL/TSB), FTP trend, VO2max, zone-2 trend.
• Morning readiness check-in for a daily 0–100 score.
• GPX/TCX export and "Share as image" for social media.

YOUR DATA STAYS WITH YOU
TriTrack is deliberately built offline-first. Everything lives in a local database on your device. No user account, no ads, no tracking, no analytics.
Optional: back up to your own hidden app folder in Google Drive — we never have access to it.
