Most reviews condemn the latest TPG app update for a clunky, non-intuitive UI replacing a functional old version. Users report unreliable real-time timings, phantom buses, and disappearing departures. In-app ticketing is broken (tickets only by SMS, unclear which ticket to buy). Stop search is slow and hard to use. A few note minor positives like checking times and adding a stop to the home screen, but overall sentiment is negative.

Recent reviews

Completely unreliable. Will tell you it's late and the bus will arrive early, the bus will be cancelled and the app won't say anything, if it makes times changes it will tell you when its too late already. Untrustworthy, better off using SBB or google maps, which are also simpler to navigate. I've been using the tpg app for 7 years, its decline is noticeable, you can simply no longer rely on it.

if i can score this app with Zero, i would have done so. Whoever are the IT Developers of this app, have poor cognition, poor intelligence, poor foresight, poor capabilities. Just another European tech with poor capacity. You cannot buy anything from the app. You have to text whatever number to purchase a ticket. It also does Not explain what zones are attributed for each ticket.
