So much money for such a bad service. PubliBike used to be quick and reliable. Since the switch: barely any bikes, rarely e-bikes, and when there is one you often can't unlock it or it's beaten to pieces. I've been late to meetings too many times. Worst case: heading to the train station for a flight, the app couldn't unlock a bike and I almost missed a CHF 2000 flight. Expensive, unreliable, very frustrating. Not recommended.

The next Swiss brand sold to foreign investment companies. Great job! Locking, unlocking and ending rides is sheer luck. Sometimes it works, sometimes you have to bash heads with an only english speaking customer support to get a refund. Its not recommended to take a Publibike if you're in a hurry. There is a good chance you will miss you ride / train because you get greeted with "unstable connection" errors for 5 minutes or more, while attempting to end you ride.

utter garbage, this app works best when not used. the bikes are vastly undermantained and unpredictably broken (without previous warning in the app). problem reports mostly won't go through. unlocking and even locking a bike during peak hours is nigh impossible. restocking delays and empty stations are standard. and it is still better than before the last update, which paints a bleak pictures of times past. as of now I have a 2.5h ongoing ride, because the bike I parked never truly locked?!?

it could be a good app, if the situation would not change every few months. it was publibike, then velospot (with another app but the same icon) then publibike again (again with another app). Now the new new new app is again obsolete.

bike was broken and I wasn't warned about it. it's not intuitive how to report. you have to finish the ride first, but I could only figure this out after trial and error, during which the rise is still running and charging me. when finally ride finished, filing the report was a pain, slow, UI jumping from one place to another, not clear which fields are mandatory and which aren't. uploading a picture results in error of "bad format", even if picture is in one of the listed formats.

Unlock almost never works. Took me more than 10 tries with different bikes until 1 worked. On a different day, different station none at all would open (there were 14 bikes shown as available in the app) and I had to switch to other transport. Super unreliable.

signing in is a mess. My number is not registered so I can't sign in using that. But when I try to sign up, it says email is already registered. But this app does not give me option to enter email during sign in. It's only with phone number 😒

after testing this thoroughly: a great app, if only it did what it is suppposed to. E.g. unlocking bikes. But it doesnt. it has one job and it doesnt and cant do it i think 1 star is too many and the symbol itself is wrong as well. it should be one giant turd. that would at least sufficiantly represent what this app is
