This app rarely worked properly in the past and the new releases are even worse. Is there a QA on this at all? Currently you cannot call them with 'Administrative questions' because the Call button doesn't do anything. You cannot chat about it, because it jumps to 'Chat with a Doctor' function and warns about the cost of doing so. If you start the chat you can choose 'Administrative' option, but then it says that all doctors in my language are occupied... I wasn't looking for a doctor...

The initial onboarding of the user requires mystical intuition to get it to work. When trying to upload ID documents, the page request kept hanging indefinitely. This is just unacceptable. The biometric login gave up the ghost after two logins. I needed to bypass it and use my credentials to successfully login. This is not a medical app. This is a disgrace that makes me uncomfortable with my choice of health care insurer. Please don't thank me for my feedback. Just do your jobs.
