Experiència d'usuari molt millorable. El check-in online no sempre funciona (dóna un error), i quan funciona, no és fiable, a vegades t'envia a la planta que no toca (m'ha passat a la CIMA). Així que pots estar esperant una bona estona a que et cridin, fins que vas a preguntar i resulta que no era allí on havies d'anar. Millor passar sempre pel taulell.
