Loop A.I.S

Loop A.I.S. – Alarm. Information. System.

When the alarm sounds, every second counts. Loop A.I.S. delivers all operationally relevant information to every firefighter's smartphone in real time – from the initial alert and incident location to the final feedback. This app keeps command and crew on the same page in an emergency and minimizes the time it takes for them to get from their pager to the scene.

REAL-TIME ALERTS

• Alerts directly from the dispatch center – no detours, instantly on your mobile phone.

• Keyword, address, location, message text, and additional information at a glance.

• Subsequent alerts are automatically added: You can see at any time which units have been dispatched – even if additional units are alerted during the operation.

• Push notification for every new alert, so you never miss a call.

INCIDENT LOCATION & DIRECTIONS

• Incident location on the map, with route and travel time from your station.

• Pager with name and phone number – can be called directly if needed.

• Objects, hazards, and special features in the immediate vicinity of the incident location.

• Incident plan, key tube, and fire alarm system information, if available.

REPORT-BACK – WHO'S COMING
• Confirm arrival with a single tap: "Yes" or "No."

• Live overview: How many are arriving, who is arriving, and which roles (e.g., breathing apparatus) are staffed.

• Command staff can immediately see the available personnel and better plan deployment.

VEHICLES & STATUS

• Set vehicle status – dispatched, on scene, ready for deployment again.

• Vehicles with their own login as GPS trackers: Live location on the map so everyone can see who is already en route.

DUTY & ON-CALL
• Your personal duty roster: Are you currently on call/on duty?

• Shows the group responsible for each alarm type and – if you're not currently on duty – when your next shift begins.

• Rotation- and week-based, exactly according to your fire department's schedule.

``` ALL THE IMPORTANT THINGS IN ONE PLACE
• My Assignments: your personal assignment history, including your feedback.
• Record absences and vacations and keep track of team absences.
• Phone book with internal members and external contacts.
• Current weather and water data (level, flow, temperature).
• Important pages, links, and documents always at your fingertips.
IN ACTION – IT'S THAT EASY
Trigger an alarm, open the app, report back – done. On your way to the depot or directly to the scene, you have the keyword, address, and route immediately available. On-site, you know who else is coming, which vehicles are en route, and what to look out for at the location. After the assignment, everything remains traceable in your personal history.
WHY LOOP A.I.S.
• Quick overview instead of paper clutter – all assignment information bundled in one app.
• Better decisions thanks to live feedback and vehicle locations.
• Fewer queries, less radio traffic, more focus on the task at hand.
• Useful even outside of emergencies: duty roster, absences, contacts, documents.
FOR THE ENTIRE FIRE DEPARTMENT
Loop A.I.S. is built from the ground up for fire departments – from individual firefighters to command staff. It supports multiple stations and locations, and each member sees only the information and modules relevant to their role. This keeps the app clear and easy to navigate, ensuring everyone has the right information at hand – without information overload.
SECURITY & DATA PROTECTION
Each fire department operates with its own separate database. Access is personal and secure; sensitive operational and personnel data remains within the organization.
