2024-08-08	Mo*****	The app only worked once in like 20 tries. Never use the contactless option. Does not authenticate with touching your phone with app open. Start charging with selecting the right charger from the app and pressing charge and don't waste your time calling them if it does not work. Forget about the charger screen and instructions. The whole charging infrastructure of Shell in Switzerland is a joke.

2024-05-18	Ja*****	Scammers, don't even accidentally work with these scammers. They charged annual subscription, they d took 42 cfr, and the device I tried to charge does not work. I wasted 30 minutes installing and registering horribly bad software. Don't fall for the qr code, it's just a link to their advertising page. I wasted time and money with these scammers and didn't get service. How to report them to Google so that they can be removed from the offer, that's my goal now. Scamers !!!!!!!!!!

2024-03-18	Ch*****	A rather lackluster experience so far! The app is very unresponsive and requires frequent restarts. I'm running it on a new Pixel 8 series phone, therefore I don't think the phone is to blame. When initiating a charging process, it takes several attempts for the app to actually start charging. Same for stopping the charging. The progress of the current charging session is also not updated. Forcefully closing and restarting solves the problem after a few tries but is far from ideal.

2024-02-09	Pa*****	I used the app daily. It used to work fine, except it wouldn't save favourites. Since the latest update (3.0) it is unusable. Works OK until I login then it crashes every time!! Even after contacting support several times no useful response. Was told it was probably a phone issue and to uninstall and reinstall. Had already done this multiple times, all with the same outcome..it crashes when I try to logon. Note: The previous version of the app still works fine, just not the latest update (3.0).

2023-07-07	Vi*****	The app doesn't work at all and the novelty of a green screen soon wears. I have this because it's well known in Switzerland. I ordered an RFID card presuming the app would work. Ah well...

2023-04-04	eg*****	Logs me out every time I use the app, have to login to the App every single time I want to use it. Pricing is insane, I own a Tesla and it is cheaper to charge it at a 250kW DC super charger than at your garbage 22kW AC chargers. Why is that???? Locating the exact charger is not easy, your could at least mark them properly.
