Keyboard glitches make it unusable for android. I have to use a link customer service sent every time I want to use these chargers.

Started off as serviceable for a few weeks then went off a cliff. Doesn't show stations, can't search local area, QR reader stopped working . Also 1 of the 2 plugs at the station near me has been malfunctioning for about a week (QR code on that plug is also malfunctioning). No customer support to handle issues. Glad I have a plug-in hybrid and don't have to rely on these -- but a shame as it means I'll be burning more gasoline. Would really love a working Level 2 in the neighborhood.
