Busaazeig

When does my bus leave? One glance is all it takes.

Busaazeig turns an old tablet or your smartphone into a departure board, just like the ones you see at the bus stop: amber numbers on a black background, large enough to read from across the kitchen. No searching, no typing, no swiping – the next departures are simply displayed.

REAL-TIME INSTEAD OF TIMETABLE
The display refreshes every 30 seconds and shows the actual departure time, including any delays, not just the printed timetable. A green dot means on time, a red number indicates the delay in minutes. Next to it, the minutes until departure are displayed in large letters – and when it's time to leave, "now" flashes.

YOUR STOPS, YOUR DIRECTION
All stops of the Swiss public transport network: bus, tram, postal bus, S-Bahn (suburban train). Search for a stop by name, select your direction – the display automatically hides buses and trams going in the wrong direction. View one or two stops at a time, for example, the two stations within walking distance.

DISTURBANCE ALERTS FOR YOUR COMMUTER ROUTE
Add your train route with its origin, destination, and destination. If a train is canceled, delayed, or takes significantly longer than usual, a red warning icon will appear at the top. Tapping it displays the affected connections and the message in plain text. The alert is intentionally subtle: Construction reports lasting for weeks without any real impact won't trigger a warning, ensuring the icon means something when it appears.

WALL-MOUNTED
• Screen stays on as long as the display is active

• Full screen without status bar or navigation bar
• Fixed or rotating landscape orientation – you decide

• Controls remain hidden: A double tap brings up the settings

• High-contrast flip-board display, readable even from several meters away
