When you hover your mouse over the thumbnail video feeds within a Hangout of each user, you will see a popup window containing all of their most relevant details taken from their own "About me" page on their Google+ profile. This useful extension saves the user a great deal of time and steps it takes to manually perform this search for results by hand.
