Easy to get working (see other reviews and "allow access to file URLs" in extension settings) but designed in a lazy way. It will reverse the contrast of the entire screen for the PDF, including the scroll guide and toolbar. If you're just using this for text it should work fine, but if you're reading anything with figures or pictures such as academic papers, don't use this! The figures get affected and become unrecognizable.
