Just so people know. The reason you can't make an account is because Sheffiled City Trust was bought out. The bookings and memberships are now via a company called Everyone Active. They have an app and run the system well.

Very poor app and not accessible friendly. Really confusing. I am visually impaired, it can't format properly with larger text settings and doesn't work with my reader so I ended up booking the wrong day for swimming and I am now £6 out of pocket because there is no option to cancel the wrong one nor could I opt to pay on arrival I had to pay by card in the app. Useless but have no choice because I got shouted at last time for not booking in advance even though the pool was practically empty 🙄
