Whilst I will admit that the app has improved from the last time I used it, it's not easy on the eye and I think the UI just needs resorting. I rarely use it as it never seems to remember my details, why can't we just login with an email address and password? Can we also drop the bilingual madness in this app? Just allow the user to pick their preferred language and remember in their prefrences. Would also be awesome to be able to use your phone instead of those tags/cards too!

Possibly the worst app I have ever used. The incompetence behind it is staggering. Can't remember your member ID and PIN? Then there is no way to actually reset it as you have to know one of them. Trying to enter anything with a drop down menu? The menu keeps disappearing so you keep doing it until it finally stays on the screen. Anything else to do with it is a torture saved for your wors enemy.
