APPATS is a free educational tool designed to help you plan meals at home in a healthy and sustainable way, complementing them with your children's school menu. It is also useful for anyone between 3 and 99 years old.

The application offers balanced, varied recipes adapted to the seasonality of foods and has the advice and technical support of the Public Health Agency of Catalonia (ASPCAT).

It also helps you organize your shopping list and diversify healthy breakfasts and snacks for the whole family.

If you feel like it, explore it calmly and adapt the meal recipes according to your preferences.
