User Reviews

Nice clock but the mobile service is non-functional and they don't offer refunds if their theoretical service doesn't work. Rely on wifi, not mobile data. the stand is also flimsy so buy a secondary stand. One of the negative things about the system is if WiFi goes out (even if you have a mobile plan) you can not clear messages on the clock, so you're really stuck without WiFi. Requires WiFi. Mobile is a waste of money.

it locked me out and won't let me back in. I've put in the code several times. each time it says the code isn't good that it's already been used or expired. It was doing this before the upgrade but would eventually let me in but this time it is not.
