CarMate Pocket

CarMate Pocket is an offline car expense tracker and maintenance log for drivers
who want to know what their car actually costs. Every fuel-up, service item,
parking session and receipt lives on your phone — no account, no sign-up and no
internet connection required. Open it, log the thing that just happened, and get
a clear picture of your running costs the next time you look.

The app is built around one vehicle and five short daily flows. Add your car
with its model, year and mileage. Log a fuel-up with the station, litres, price
and your L/100km, and the cost is mirrored into your expenses automatically, so
your monthly total never drifts from your fill-ups. Add a service item with a
due mileage and a due date, and the dashboard shows how far you have left and
whether it is Good, Soon, Due or Overdue. Park somewhere unfamiliar, save the
spot with a note and a time limit, and get a reminder ten minutes before it runs
out. Everything you enter feeds a dashboard that answers the question you
actually have: what is this car costing me this month?

KEY FEATURES
✓ Fuel log with consumption — record station, litres, price, mileage and L/100km,
and see your average consumption and approximate cost per 100 km
✓ Service tracker with real status — every item is scored Good / Soon / Due /
Overdue from your current mileage, so nothing quietly slips past
✓ Expense breakdown by category — fuel, service, parking, wash, insurance,
accessories and other, as a donut chart with month, year and all-time ranges
✓ Parking timer and reminder — save the spot with a note, run a live timer and
get a local notification before your paid limit expires
✓ Trip checklists — build City, Highway and Long Trip packing lists from
suggestions, tick items off, and duplicate a list you already trust
✓ Car notes — jot down a rattle, a warning light or a tyre scuff before you
forget the details at the garage
✓ Consumption trend chart — your last fill-ups side by side, so a rising figure
is visible before the bill is
✓ One-tap dashboard — car, next service, live parking, monthly spend and your
last fuel-up on a single screen

HOW IT WORKS
1. Add your car: model, year and current mileage.
2. Log fuel-ups and expenses as they happen — it takes a few seconds each.
3. Add the service items you care about with a due mileage or date.
4. Check the dashboard whenever you want the month's real number.

WHY CARMATE POCKET
It is deliberately small. There is no onboarding funnel, no account to create
and no cloud to trust — the app opens straight into your dashboard and every
figure is computed from data you entered yourself. The month-over-month change
shown on the dashboard is calculated from your own records rather than being
decorative. The interface is a dark, high-contrast layout designed to be read at
a glance in a car park, and it works exactly the same with the phone in airplane
mode.

PRIVACY / DATA
Works fully offline. Your car, fuel, service, expense, parking, checklist and
note data is stored only on this device. No account, no tracking, no ads, and
nothing is uploaded anywhere.

Log the drive, know the cost. Install CarMate Pocket and start with your next
fill-up.
