Car Maintenance & Fuel Log is an offline logbook for whatever you drive — car, motorcycle, scooter, van or truck. Write down what you had done, what it cost, and when the next one is due. No account. No cloud sync you did not ask for. No recurring bill.

WHAT YOU CAN TRACK

• Service and repair history — oil changes, brakes, tyres, batteries, anything. Add the cost, the odometer reading, notes and photos of the invoice.
• Fuel log — every fill-up with litres or gallons, price, and odometer. The app works out your consumption and cost per distance over time.
• Running costs — see what your car costs you by month, quarter, half-year, year, or a custom date range, broken down by category in a chart.
• Documents and papers — insurance, registration, road tax, warranty. Store the expiry date and a photo of the document itself.
• Reminders — get a notification before a service is due, either by date or by distance driven. Set your own interval per vehicle.
• More than one vehicle — a garage for the whole household. Car, motorcycle, scooter, van or truck: the app is unit-neutral and every vehicle keeps its own history, costs and reminders.
• Photos — attach pictures of receipts, invoices, parts, or damage to any entry, and crop them before saving.
• Reports — monthly and yearly totals for fuel, service, and documents, with a breakdown you can actually read.

BACKUP AND RESTORE

Your records live on your device. When you want a copy, you can back up to your own Google Drive and restore it on a new phone, or keep a local backup file. The Drive backup uses an app-private folder — this app cannot see the rest of your Drive.

HONEST ABOUT WHAT IT IS NOT

This is a logbook, not a diagnostic tool. It does not connect to an OBD2 adapter, read fault codes, decode a VIN, or pull service records from a manufacturer. It records what you tell it, and it does that well.

PRICING

The app is supported by ads. A single in-app purchase removes them permanently — one payment, no subscription, no expiry, and nothing else changes.

PRIVACY

Your vehicle records stay on your device unless you choose to back them up to your own Google Drive. There is no account to create and no server of ours holding your logbook.
