Shiftova: Team Scheduling

Shiftova is time tracking and scheduling built for hourly teams — restaurants, retail, and shift-based businesses.

CLOCK IN & OUT
Employees clock in and out right from their phone, with a GPS snapshot recorded for verification. No more paper timesheets or manual entry.

SCHEDULING
Build and publish weekly schedules in minutes. Employees see their upcoming shifts instantly, and admins get warnings before publishing if a schedule doesn't meet minimum rest-between-shifts or advance-notice policies.

TIME OFF
Employees request time off directly in the app. Admins approve or deny requests and automatically see any schedule conflicts before they happen.

PAYROLL-READY REPORTS
Automatically calculated regular and overtime hours, broken down by pay period, ready to hand off to payroll.

TEAM COMMUNICATION
Post announcements to your whole team from a shared board — shift changes, reminders, or anything else that needs to reach everyone.

MULTI-LOCATION SUPPORT
Manage more than one location or company from a single admin account, and switch between them easily.

BUILT FOR CANADIAN EMPLOYERS
Includes reference thresholds for provincial rest and notice requirements, and PIPEDA-aligned privacy controls, including a self-service data export for every employee.
