2026-05-15	Fe*****	I love the convenience to use the app for quick book search and ordering, but the new design of their app has been entirely difficult to use. It's barely functional, with the buttons so frustratingly useless. It was tolerable with their old design, but now it just got worse.

2026-05-13	Ja*****	I'd been steering clear of this app after hearing horror stories from others. When I heard there was an update I figured I'd give it a shot (especially since I'm trying to read more this year). App feels quick and responsive, checkout was easy, and I've started moving my reading list from my notes to the in app wish list. Love it!

2026-05-11	Pa*****	the new update does the email code login now, EXCEPT you cant even enter the code. Because when you leave the app to check your email app for the code then go back in, the incredebly stupid app takes you OUT of the login screen to the stores homepage. and when you try to login again, it sends you a new email code! So now I am stuck in a stupid loop!

2026-04-18	Je*****	since it was updated and revamped it sucks. its soooo slow and freezes half the time. Update 2026. this app sucks. it was better for a bit now it does nothing but crash out, or cant load the pages. why bother updating when you never actually fix the problems

2026-03-28	Lo*****	I just downloaded this app. I cant even use it... to open the app it brings me directly to a page that has 2 buttons. button 1 says notify me with offers or promotions. I dont want that. button 2 is skip but that button is hidden under my home button for my Samsung galaxy S 24. I cant get any further. this is my first impression of your app as a new loyalty member... either you guys are being way too pushy... or you dont have a great app design. either way its not worth my time.
