always logs me out, keeps removing my discounts, and can't even look up stuff properly. . May 13th, 2026 edit I have done the update, uninstalled, reinstalled, cleared cache, and everything else possible, including changing my password twice. your app is trash and removing the computers from your stores was a ridiculous idea. looking things up and being able to order through them was my favourite part of visiting.

Since the app updated, I can no longer add books to a wish list. I select the heart, select where to save, but it does nothing afterwards.

I love the convenience to use the app for quick book search and ordering, but the new design of their app has been entirely difficult to use. It's barely functional, with the buttons so frustratingly useless. It was tolerable with their old design, but now it just got worse.
