This is the most annoying benefits app I've ever used. The security is tighter than my online banking. I have to reset my password constantly because apparently someone is going to login and claim a massage without me knowing. There's no need for constant password changes or 2fa. The biometric sign in isn't reliable either, turn it on and then it still asks for a password anyway
