The Allstate app offers a convenient way to manage your insurance policy from your mobile device. Quickly access your digital proof of insurance (pink card) whenever needed, review or request changes to your coverage, and stay on top of your policy documents.

Users can also view billing details and make payments directly through the app. Claim information, including auto deductibles, is readily available, helping you stay informed about your coverage and claims. Additionally, the app lets you estimate premiums for new vehicles based on your current coverage (note: this feature isn’t available for customers in New Brunswick).

To use the app, simply sign in with your myAllstate username and password or register for an account at myallstate.ca. Important account notifications keep you updated, providing a seamless and efficient insurance management experience.

Update: email sent to the developer. Swiftly fixed the issue. Neither the app nor the website show my policies. It happend to me before. Also, I found another guy had the same issue in the comment below. Today i called the hotline, the rep said everything was fine on his end. Asked me to reinstall the app. And if it didn't work, he suggested that I register a new account. Then....he hung up... what an exceptionally bad experience. Not helpful at all!

Awful. I unknowingly, started a policy for my car, on a date which doesn't coicide with my paychecks. I tried 3X prior to the payment due date. I asked for it to be changed just 2 more days ahead on the 15th. Nothing could be done until renewal. (which is just ridiculous). So i put a stop payment because i cant afford 2 NSF's for this payment i knew i could not make. Their policy states that if you put a stop payment then you have to pay your policy in full. Find anther broker.
