Portali is an application developed to facilitate the management of usher schedules in churches, bringing together in one place the organization of teams, service schedules, and attendance confirmations.

The application has two access profiles:

Leader

The leader is responsible for managing the usher team and organizing the church's schedules. With Portali, they can:

Register the church.
Configure the days and times of services and events.
Add and manage the ushers on the team.
Create and organize service schedules.
Define which ushers will participate in each service or event.
Add or remove ushers from a schedule whenever necessary.
Track the ushers' attendance confirmations.
Transfer team leadership to another member.

Welder

The usher tracks their schedules directly through the application. They can:

View upcoming services and events they are scheduled for.
Confirm or report unavailability to participate in the schedule.

View your service schedules.
Share your unique code with the leader to be added to the church team.
Leave the team whenever you want.

Portali was developed to centralize the organization of usher schedules, replacing spreadsheet controls and conversations in messaging applications. Leaders can create and adjust schedules practically, while ushers track their commitments and confirm their participation directly through the application.
