The MapMap system is a web platform (open source) that integrates the Georeferenced Information Software - GIS, Real Estate and Land Registry Software, Master Plan Software and Multipurpose Registration Software. The Platform meets the functionalities, Property Income, Tax Collection, Issuance of Certificates and Online Consultation by the citizen, thus modernizing the Municipal Administrative and Tax process, resulting in closer relations between City Hall and Citizen. The MapMap system supports the main internet browsers currently available, Internet Explorer, Firefox and Chrome and does not require installation on client stations for its operation. The system has a robust architecture and continuous evolution of its functionalities, focused on information security, stability, performance and integration. It uses Bootstrap framework that makes the application responsive and adaptable both on desktop and mobile, while on the backend the Laravel framework is used and its version control is done in Gitlab. The database is PostgreSQL and PosGIS which features Interoperability enabling the use of Open Geospatial Consortium (OGC) standards. The software allows the development of Webmapping solutions, through the use of Geoserver and Mapbox, integrating several geographic data repositories with simplicity and high performance. The System has information security, encryption of sensitive data, periodic backup of information, as well as, it is possible to audit the control of each user's actions, always observing the guidelines of the LGPD legislation - General Data Protection Law. The taxpayers and properties module has functionalities to list, search, insert, edit and delete registered information; allows linking the taxpayer to the property; allows you to view the properties linked to the taxpayer. The Geoprocessing Module enables visualization and navigation on georeferenced maps, and displays the main layers of information, as well as enabling search and location of registered data. The tax module allows you to configure the tax parameters for the year in question; allows you to calculate the tax, allows you to export the result of the calculation and allows you to graphically view the data obtained. The multipurpose module allows you to start a new search from the questions, questions and answers settings, as well as associate the results obtained with the collection of taxes. The public access module allows citizens to consult their data, including generating standardized documents. The customization and integration of the system respects the legislation in force, with the customization of transactions and documents according to the Municipal standard, paying attention to the specificities required in the procedures of the Direct Administration.
