Move bookmarks from the very bottom to the top

Features & Capabilities

Bookmark Topper is a Firefox extension that changes how new bookmarks are added in folders. Normally, Firefox places new bookmarks at the bottom of their folders. With Bookmark Topper, newly created bookmarks or bookmarks dropped into a folder automatically move to the top for quicker access and better organization.

While highly effective, Bookmark Topper has a small limitation: bookmarks dropped exactly into the last position still move to the top. To place bookmarks at the bottom, users need to adjust manually by placing bookmarks in order. Additionally, due to Firefox limitations with bookmark import APIs, users should temporarily disable the extension before importing bookmarks to preserve order. Overall, Bookmark Topper is a simple yet powerful productivity tool for bookmark management.

Thanks for this, Very useful👍🏻 If it's possible to prevent link from moving to top when 'manually dragging' from the urlbar to a 'desired' position in bookmark sidebar instead of moving itself to top automatically. Maybe a shortcut to temporary disable (because I'll forget to enable again).
