Auto Sort Bookmarks Firefox

Auto Sort Bookmarks

Automatically organizes the Bookmarks Menu and Other Bookmarks with separator-aware sections, folders first, and case- and accent-sensitive A–Z sorting.

Features & Capabilities

Automatically organizes the Bookmarks Menu and Other Bookmarks in Firefox.

Sorting rules: Recursively sorts all subfolders; Treats separators as section boundaries and sorts each section independently; Places folders first and sorts them by title from A to Z; Sorts bookmarks by title, then by URL when titles are identical; Distinguishes letter case and accented characters, with uppercase letters sorted first; Uses natural numeric ordering, so Page 2 appears before Page 10; Pauses sorting while the Firefox Library window is open to avoid interfering with bookmark management.

A low risk impact extension cannot do much harms, whereas a high risk impact extension can do a lot of damage like stealing your password, bypassing your security settings, and accessing your personal data.
