Work Recorder is the official employee app for the cloud-based attendance management service "Work Recorder."

From clocking in and out to requesting leave and overtime, all daily attendance-related operations can be completed using only a smartphone.

*This app requires your employer to have a Work Recorder contract.

Personal use is not permitted.

■ Easy Clocking
Record clock-in, clock-out, break start, and break end with a single tap.
The day's clock-ins are displayed in a timeline format, making it easy to spot missed clock-ins.

■ Supports Shared Terminals in Stores
If logged in with the store code, staff can clock in by simply selecting the staff member and entering the passcode.

This directly supports systems where everyone uses one tablet.

■ Attendance Confirmation
View monthly work performance in a list. Check working hours, breaks, and overtime on the spot.

It also supports aggregation by category, such as weekdays, holidays, and nighttime.

■ Various applications can also be submitted via the app
- Attendance correction application (correction of missed or incorrect clock-in/out times)
- Leave application (supports paid leave and hourly paid leave)
- Overtime application
- Holiday work/flexible work application
- Absence notification (immediate notification to the manager for sudden absences, lateness, or early departures on the day)

Applications are automatically routed to the approval route set by each company, and the approval status can be checked from the app.

You can set your profile picture using a camera or from your album.
