What is Instacart?

Instacart's Chrome extension bridges the gap between recipe browsing and grocery shopping. See a recipe online you'd like to try at home? Simply click the extension to have all the ingredients listed on Instacart, ready for delivery or pick-up in as fast as 1 hour. Sharing your recipes is also made easy—you can copy the Instacart shoppable recipe link for sharing. For non-compatible sites, a popup message informs you of the incompatibility.

A convenient way to shop recipe sites and get all the recipe ingredients delivered to your doorstep in as fast as 1 hour.

Clicking the extension while viewing a recipe site that has recipe structured data will open a popup with two buttons—one that opens a new tab with an Instacart shoppable recipe link where the recipe ingredients are listed on Instacart, and another that copies the Instacart shoppable recipe link so it can be shared.

Clicking the extension on an incompatible site will open a popup with a message to let the user know that the site is incompatible.

This is so amazing to be able to use Instacart to shop with, but the main reason I'm happy about Instacart, is because of of the nice shoppers they have chosen for me, that are willing to shop for me, by picking the items picked that are a great selection in the stores. Am thrilled, that the shopper would be able to pick-up my groceries for me during, the time they are there in the store shopping for what's needed, especially when am not able to do so myself. What a difference it makes when there's a perfect shopper that can be relied on, from Instacart. It's been great, so far for me. Appreciate it. Thanks a bunch everyone! Lisa

I want to SEARCH the recipes for a risotto I found a recipes when I was first...but didn't save it at the time. I couldn't find it again. I wish I could've just searched "recipes" for risotto.
