Good Bye Boss is an application at the service of workers on Belgian territory who wish to leave their employer, find themselves in a situation of redundancy, go on pension or under an unemployment scheme with company supplement.
It concerns workers in the private sector, regardless of status: worker, employee, student, but also in the public sector under an employment contract.
All situations are taken into consideration: sick or on duty, on a fixed or indefinite term contract, under a student contract, under the conditions of serious misconduct or not.
The application allows you to obtain all the information that is useful for you to say calmly: "Good Bye Boss" and also draws your attention to all the procedures you must follow, the steps you must hear and the obligations you must to fill.
Social legislation is complicated and not always clear for uninitiated people, so the "Good Bye Boss" application has been designed to be used by everyone and the legal texts have been popularized as much as possible.
Each screen gives you the possibility of making choices according to the situation in which you find yourself and then offers you content adapted to your problems. All you have to do at each step is to click on the right part of the screen of your smartphone.
The departure of a company, a company is often linked to the provision of notice or the payment of compensation equal to the duration of the notice, so we have integrated a calculator into our application.
