Crewloods Scanner

Crewloods Scanner is the app that volunteers and staff use to scan tickets at the entrance of your event. Made for busy doors: fast, reliable, and usable even when the network fails.

SCANNING
Point the camera at the QR code and you know immediately if the ticket is valid. Clear green and red feedback, so you don't have to hesitate at the door. No photos are taken, saved, or sent.

WORKS WITHOUT INTERNET
Poor reception at the entrance is the rule, not the exception. The app keeps ticket details locally and continues scanning if the connection drops. As soon as the connection is restored, everything is automatically synchronized.

NO DOUBLE CHECK-INS
If there are multiple scanners at the door, they exchange their scans over the local network. A ticket received by one colleague is immediately invalidated by another — even without internet.

SEARCH BY NAME
Lost ticket or unreadable QR code? Search for the order by name or email address and check the visitor in manually.

LIVE FIGURES
See at a glance how many visitors are already inside, how many are still expected, and how fast the influx is.

FOR ADMINISTRATORS
Administrators set up their organization from the app and manage who is allowed to scan.

This app is linked to a Crewloods account. You need an invitation from your organization to log in. Want to know more? Visit crewloods.be
